JoJo Muldoon
JoJo has been a Property Manager in the High Country for 14 years. She is originally from Northern Ireland and moved to the United States 29 years ago. She lives in Boone with her 2 daughters both in college. During her leisure time she enjoys hiking in the High Country with her 2 dogs Otis and Sligo. When she is not working, her time is spent traveling with friends and family all over the United States, Canada and Europe.
In 1989, JoJo arrived in Atlanta to start a 10-year career working with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, firstly in Buckhead and then the Amelia Island Resort in Florida. She had been privileged to work in every department within both the hotel and resort, enabling her to gain the best possible knowledge and experience in customer service.
After leaving The Ritz-Carlton JoJo worked the Human Resources Manager at The DoubleTree, Historic Charleston, SC. She then left the Low Country to settle in the High Country. Shortly after moving to Boone she worked part time for a Property Management company which led to a 13-year career. During that time, she got her Real Estate license and helped developed the company from managing 96 single family properties to 230 properties.
JoJo joined Boone High Country Rentals and Blue Ridge Property Services and Rentals as Property Manager/Broker in November 2018. With her 14 years’ experience in Property Management, she has built strong relationships with her clients who trust her integrity, commitment and hard work.
