Yardi Genesis™ features a single integrated database with tools to track ownership and charges, calculate fees, collect payments, monitor maintenance, enforce bylaws, and more.


Asset Management

Physical Maintenance

  • Preventative Maintenance (Performed on the interior and exterior of common area buildings)
  • 24 Hour Maintenance Service and Emergency Services Available
  • Insurance for Association and Board of Directors
  • Management of Sub-Contractors
  • Preventative maintenance checks within the community to include, but not limited to, common areas, community wells, storm drainage, erosion control, ditch lines, and road systems
  • Monthly property check list provided. Check list to be provided following each service to include maintenance checks for immediate property needs or recommendations for improvements
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and/or improvements
  • Secure competitive bids from subcontractors, and management of process for capital improvements (i.e. paving)
  • Management of landscaping and grounds maintenance services
  • Facilitate snow removal
  • Oversee common area gates, access, and lighting
  • For general maintenance work, a schedule of fees will be provided.
  • BRPPS employs an in-house Maintenance Supervisor that can respond to general maintenance requests, as well as oversees and provides property checks.
